She is Coalfield Development’s Property Site Manager for Courtyard Apartments in Wayne, WV and Upper Mill Creek Apartments in Fort Gay, WV. She graduated in 2010 from Boyd County High School. Tosha spends most of her spare time outside or with her husband and three kids.
