Shane has obtained two degrees from Marshall University – a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management in 2016, and a Bachelor’s degree in Safety Technology in 2015. Shane has worked in recruiting, corporate HR, and safety since 2014. Shane values his family, church family, friends, and ensuring everyone he interacts with feels that they matter in this world.
