Scott Starr from Delbarton, West Virginia is the Assistant Crew Chief for our Highwall Revitalize Crew. Scott is a former mine foreman, HVAC technician, and apartment maintenance supervisor. He brings enthusiasm about the vision of bringing entrepreneurship and renewable energy to the Southern Coalfields.
