Liam Burns hails from windy Chicago, Illinois and serves as Refresh Appalachia’s Food Hub Coordinator. He now lives in Huntington where he attends Mountwest Community and Technical College, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering with minors in forestry and world religion. While away from the office, Liam spends his days writing short stories, learning new folk instruments, and foraging in the mountains.
