Joetta Hatfield is from Fort Gay, WV. She is also in her second term as mayor of the town of Fort Gay. Joetta has been employed by the Wayne County Board of Education for thirty plus years. She currently serves on 8 Board of Directors, including her position as Vice President of the Coalfield Development board. Joetta Graduated from Fort Gay highschool and attended Marshall Univerisity. Joetta’s passions are family, sports, community, and our beautiful state of West Virginia.
