Elice Hunley, from Hurricane, West Virginia, is Coalfield Development’s Development & Training Coordinator. Elice graduated summa cum laude from Marshall University with a Master’s degree in Dietetics, and spent a term as food access AmeriCorps service member with Coalfield Development before being hired on to the Development Team. In her current role, she remains involved in the implementation of Coalfield’s Food Access Resources and Employment (FARE) program, including nutrition education, while coordinating training and development – both internal to the organization and throughout our network of external partners. Outside of work, Elice practices vegetable gardening and gets outdoors with her adventure partner (and beloved dog), Kiefer.
