Andrew “Andy” Endicott from Genova, West Virginia is a Crew Chief with Coalfield Development’s Revitalize Appalachia. Andrew has been working in construction for the majority of his life and was the second crew member hired on at Coalfield Development. He has an Associates Degree in Technical Studies. Andrew is just a “hill jack” boy from Genova who is good with his hands.
