POSITION SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE

To assist the CEO and Executive President in coordinating coalition leadership, management, and strategic initiatives for ACT Now, Green Bank for Rural America and other regional networks. To energetically coordinate meetings, gatherings, stakeholder engagement for coalitions. To ensure accountability and follow-though for commitments made by coalition members. To manage logistics related to coalitions. To assist in reporting and data management for coalitions. Coordinate with Coalfield Development’s Strategic Communications Manager to ensure message consistency and coverage. To ensure the execution of priorities established by CEO and RECO.

  • Lead coordination for ACT Now and also Green Bank for Rural America.
  • Lead the coordination of grant reporting and data tracking across all ACT Now and Green Bank partners
  • Regular liaison with various coalition contractors (BDO, Stone Strategies, ACC etc.)
  • Scheduling
  • ACT Now Weekly Team Lead Meeting logistics
  • ACT Now Monthly Meeting logistics
  • ACT Now Quarterly Meeting logistics support (as assigned by RECO)
  • Establish and maintain meeting rhythm for Green Bank partners
  • Coordinate/Communicate coalition meeting follow-ups
  • Partner meeting logistics
  • Partner meeting prep
  • Coordinate/Communicate partner meeting follow-ups
  • Lead stakeholder engagement 
  • Notetaking
  • Assist CEO and RECO with day-to-day tasks
  • In coordination with Coalfield Strategic Communication Manager, assist CEO and RECO with external communications
  • In coordination with Coalfield Strategic Communication Manager, assist CEO and RECO with internal communications
  • Briefing Memos
  • Legally and safely drive a vehicle to meetings and events.

Required Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 Years Administrative Assistant experience preferred
