Adam Hudson from Lavalette, West Virginia, is the Senior Director of Agriculture. Adam earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Agriculture and Natural Resources in 2017 from Berea College in Kentucky. Adam has worked with Refresh Appalachia since 2017, prior to this he served as Poultry Lead at Berea College Farm and as an intern for the West Virginia Department of Agriculture. He currently serves as the Co-chair for the Central Appalachian Network’s (CAN) Food and Agriculture Systems Working group. Adam enjoys working in the garden, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
