As part of the 2025 Mountain State Maple Days events, The Wild Ramp will be hosting a pancake breakfast on Saturday, March 15th. Refresh Appalachia will be joining as a guest, distributing samples of different types of syrup to guests and educating them about tree tapping, where syrup comes from, and the importance of local syrup to our region and culture.
