Efficiency 101: Landscaping, Composting, & Advanced Energy

The Marshall University Appalachian Resiliency Center and Coalfield Development are proud to present this PATH training opportunity.

Participants in the program will receive wrap-around service support from Coalfield Development’s Workforce Development Team to navigate employment barriers.

Through this training, participants will earn industry-recognized certifications in OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, and more — while gaining hands-on experience in landscaping, composting, and micro-entrepreneurship.

Coalfield’s RePower Team will lead participants in advanced energy initiatives that help tackle job needs in Appalachia. Participants will also receive career readiness support, including resume building and mock interviews to help facilitate a pathway to meaningful employment.

Must have reliable transportation.
