Construction and Heavy Equipment Operation Training

Coalfield Development is excited to offer a free, paid construction training program in Kermit, WV. Participants will gain hands-on experience in general labor, flooring, drywall, framing, plaster repair, painting, and basic electrical tasks. The program also includes job readiness training to help participants secure employment, industry-recognized safety and heavy equipment certifications, and support navigating resources like SNAP, WIOA, and Jobs & Hope.
