Timothy Wiley is from Rush, Kentucky, and is a Project Manager for Refresh Appalachia. Tim is former military and worked in the IT field in higher education for 20 years and in the justice system at a state and federal level. Several years ago, Tim moved back to his family farm and began applying new agricultural techniques and networking with local food sources, he then joined Coalfield as a Crew Chief and Project Manager. He likes to spend his extra time working on the family farm, camping, hiking, and kayaking.
