Nick Guertin is originally from Waterbury, Connecticut and serves as the Chief Design and Construction Officer with Coalfield Development. After studying architecture at Northeastern University in Boston, Nick has since served in a variety of community development capacities across the country. He previously worked as a City Planner for the Department of City Planning in New York City; helped design and plan affordable housing throughout the Boston region; and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors with the Association for Community Design. In his free time Nick can be found hiking, kayaking, and perfecting homemade pizza recipes.
