Devon Hayes from Huntington, West Virginia is Coalfield Development’s Partnership and Training Coordinator. Devon attended Marshall University and received his Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology in the fall of 2016. He went on to pursue his Master’s degree in Communication Studies at Marshall University and graduated in the fall of 2020. When he’s not at work, Devon enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and two dogs, Rollo and Scout, through various recreational activities such as backpacking, mountain biking, and fly fishing.
