“I have over 25 years of experience in leadership and development… I am known for my ability to adapt and overcome. I believe I can share those experiences in a way that may inspire others.”
Becky Honeycutt is the fourth-generation owner of Stroud’s Hardware in Dunlow, West Virginia. After the business closed in 2013 due to declining traffic from local coal mine closures, Becky saw a renewed opportunity with the opening of the Hatfield McCoy ATV trailhead at Cabwaylingo State Park in 2021. She is leading efforts to reopen Stroud’s Hardware as a community hub that serves both local residents and the growing tourist population – offering hardware, dining, ATV parts, and services that keep visitors coming back while preserving the family business’s legacy of genuine service.
With over 25 years of leadership and development experience, Becky is committed to bringing jobs, needed convenience, and Stroud’s Hardware hospitality back to southern Wayne County. Her long-term vision includes 24/7 fuel service, ATV rescue and rental operations, and a thriving business that grows alongside the region. Becky’s work shows adaptability and a dedication not only to her family’s legacy, but to her community.
