POSITION SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE

To assist the Regional Economic Competitiveness Officer (RECO) in coordinating coalition leadership, management, and strategic initiatives. To help protect the Regional Economic Competitiveness Officer (RECO)’s time and ensure their time is invested in the highest priority, most strategic areas, and to support the Regional Economic Competitiveness Officer (RECO) in balancing competing demands. To ensure the execution of priorities established by the Regional Economic Competitiveness Officer (RECO).

Essential Functions

  • Assist Regional Economic Competitiveness Officer (RECO) in coalition coordination

  • Lead the coordination of grant reporting and data tracking across all ACT Now partners

  • Regular liason with coalition contractors (BDO, Stone Strategies, etc.)

  • Scheduling

  • ACT Now Weekly Team Lead Meeting logistics

  • ACT Now Monthly Meeting logistics

  • ACT Now Quarterly Meeting logistics support (as assigned by Regional Economic Competitiveness Officer (RECO))

  • Coordinate/Communicate coalition meeting follow-ups

  • Partner meeting logistics

  • Partner meeting prep

  • Coordinate/Communicate partner meeting follow-ups

  • Notetaking

  • Assist Regional Economic Competitiveness Officer (RECO) with day-to-day tasks

  • Assist Regional Economic Competitiveness Officer (RECO) with external communications

  • Assist Regional Economic Competitiveness Officer (RECO) with internal communications

  • Briefing Memos

Required Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 Years Administrative Assistant experience preferred
