SUMMARY:Construction and Heavy Equipment Operation Training
DESCRIPTION:West Virginia Women Work and Coalfield Development are excited to offer a five-week paid training program for women interested in a construction career. Gain hands-on experience in essential skills such as general labor\, flooring\, drywall\, framing\, plaster repair\, painting\, and basic electrical tasks. Earn OSHA 10\, First Aid CPR\, and many other safety certifications\, as well as certificates in CAT heavy equipment simulator operations. Coalfield Development staff will also provide job readiness training to prepare students for employment after graduation.
