On Friday, October 22, we kicked off our monthly Coalfield Council Day celebration at West Edge Factory. The event, which was hosted partially-virtual to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, opened with a recap of our team’s personal and professional wins.
On Friday, July 24, the Coalfield Development crew gathered at West Edge for our Coalfield Council Day event, a once-monthly occurrence where the Coalfield Development team mingles and makes strides in personal and professional development.
Last week, with nearly 50 Coalfield team members in attendance, we virtually gathered to participate in team-building exercises, host constructive conversations, and celebrate our wins, both personal and professional.
This month, we’re celebrating a recent graduate of our program who embodies each of our core values of gumption, grit and grace: Barbara “Barbie” Mason.
